Account & Data Deletion Notice

This page is used to apply for the deletion of your account and related personal data in the “Vegetable Device” App, in compliance with Google Play’s account deletion policy requirements.

📝 How to Apply for Account Deletion

1. Log in below using the same account credentials as used in the App to verify your identity (no need to log in within the App, you can open this page directly via a browser).
2. Upon successful login, the system will display your currently bound account information. Please read the deletion instructions carefully.
3. Check the box “I have read and agree to the deletion instructions” and click “Confirm Deletion” to submit your application.
4. Once successfully deleted, the account will no longer be accessible, and related data will be processed as explained below.

🗑️ Data Deletion & Retention Policy

✅ Data to be Deleted or Deactivated:

• Account basic information (username, display name, phone number, email, etc.)
• Device binding relationships and device sharing permissions
• System-related data such as account roles and positions
• Login tokens and session caches

Processing Method: The account will be marked as deleted (soft deletion), and users will no longer be able to log in. Business data such as device bindings and role associations will be removed according to business rules.

⏳ Data That May Be Retained:

• Operation logs and security audit records required by laws and regulations (such as login/logout logs). The retention period generally does not exceed 6 months or the longer period stipulated by law.
• Anonymized statistical data that cannot identify individuals.

Additional Retention Period: Except for the above scenarios, business data directly associated with your account will cease to be accessible upon completion of deletion. If long-term backup retention is required (usually no more than 90 days), it will be stated separately.
